Life @ The Moment: A Cartoon

My parents paid for a canoe, I grabbed the paddle
An enthusiastic traveller dreaming of far far away..
Brimming with optimism, fuelled by ideas galore; alas!
Held in check by those conniving currents..

Have a rocking 2009!!

PS: If you were to depict your life at the moment as a cartoon, what would it be like?

the sun is just rising madam.. lot of time to swim against the current ,grab hold of the rocks nearby instead of clinging on to the paddle..
Lifes beautiful when ou swim against the current, not when you flow along with it !! Cheers!

@ Ramki
it's those very rocks i pushed off from!! not the top of that waterfall u know! :P
so i'd rather ruminate at the centre of that whirlpool than have my feet firmly planted(rock solid ;-) if u like) where i've been the past two decades..

clinging i'm not, jus testing with the paddle till i set pace with power-packed propellers :D

Hey brillinat buddy!!!! The relative words used for canoe, water currents and the paddle are quite good. Sucked up by the water currents is the common man's life. Rising even after the suction is wat successful person's life.
Got all sorts of meaning from that blog. Brilliant work once again.
